Move Therapy & Wellness presents Rooted in Worth, a Full Moon Women’s Cacao Ceremony led by Alejandra Hernandez.

This two-hour gathering offers women an intentional space for reflection, connection, and grounding. Through the ritual of cacao and guided practices, participants will be invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore themes of self-worth and inner connection in a supportive community setting.

The ceremony will be held at Move Therapy & Wellness in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood. Advance registration is required.
