A Story Rooted in Tradition and Travel:
Le Sud was born from proprietor Sandy Chen’s travels through the South of France, where she experienced firsthand the vibrant, flavorful cuisine of Provence. The quaint countryside towns, surrounded by nature and steeped in tradition, reminded her of her hometown of Zhe Jiang, China - a scenic waterfront city bordered by mountains on three sides.
Though separated by continents, the culinary traditions of Provence and Zhe Jiang share a common thread: both emphasize fresh, seasonal ingredients and time-honored recipes passed down through generations.
In that spirit, Le Sud offers delectable, Mediterranean-inspired dishes crafted with simplicity and care - showcasing ocean-fresh seafood, homegrown olives, quality olive oil, garlic, and, above all, peak-season vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The menu changes frequently to reflect the rhythms of the seasons.
